When we initiated this project, headless commerce was still an emerging concept, whispered in tech corridors but rarely implemented at scale. Our timing, though serendipitous, positioned Moleskine Mexico at the vanguard of retail innovation. The platform we built didn't just sell products—it told stories, created experiences, and maintained the brand's commitment to quality in every pixel.

The Editorial Revolution

Perhaps the most compelling aspect of this digital transformation is the editorial experience. In an environment where multiple content creators work simultaneously, the platform offers something unprecedented: real-time visualization of how content will appear on the live site. This immediate feedback loop has transformed how Moleskine's team approaches content creation, making it more intuitive, efficient, and aligned with their vision.

Almost every piece of content is manageable by my client. The dashboard is set up in a way that they can easily create/add/remove content without asking me for help. By creating a set of components "like puzzle pieces", content editors will be able to quickly build new pages without the need for a developer.

Sanity's simple learning curve makes it my top solution for sites where the owner wants to do content management but doesn't want to know anything about building or maintaining a complex e-commerce website.
