A store is a building. A retail system is a field of decisions. This is a real Montreal retail block in 3D. The four markers are the places where an AI system changes what the store does.

Google Maps 3D tiles, a custom glTF model, an interactive marker layer, and a static fallback that keeps the page usable when WebGL or the key is missing.
